These are the dates that you will use when filling out your hire forms.  *Remember that work-study earnings for Summer II will come out of 2011 work-study budget.


Student Employment Homepage
 

 

Change Form
Use for changes in cost center, address, mail code, and/or wage (only if wage was input incorrectly). 

Counseling
Use for documentation of verbal or written counseling of a student employee.

Evaluation
Use this if you are evaluating a student employee's performance.

Job Posting/Vacant Position
Use this if you want to post a vacancy on the SES Website and bulletin boards.

New Position Description
Use this only if you are creating a new position in your department.

 

Student Hire
Use this form to hire a student.  Fill out COMPLETELY.

Student Wage Adjustment
Use this form to adjust a student's wage rate during a semester.  If you are adjusting a rate at the beginning of a semester you can enter the new rate on the hire form.

Termination
Use this to document a student termination that occurs at GRADUATION and/or
during a semester/enrollment period.

Termination Checklist
This form is a tool to help supervisors complete the termination process as thoroughly as possible. Sending a copy to Student Employment Services upon completion is optional.

If you find that while using any of these forms a pop-up box comes up asking for password verification please just hit the "cancel" button.  It is an unfortunate glitch in the system that we do not have a solution for.
